How to complain about England Office or a service for which it is directly responsible.
Making a complaint
If your complaint concerns a specific service, publication or decision for which England Office is responsible, use the contact, complaint or review route shown on the relevant GOV.UH page.
If the matter concerns an agency, regulator, police service, tribunal or other public body, use that organisation’s own complaints procedure where it has one.
A complaint does not replace a statutory appeal, review, judicial or tribunal route where one applies.
