Who we are
GOV.UH is the central public website of the United Hampshire Government. It publishes Government services and information and links to the public routes of other competent institutions and authorities.
Using GOV.UH
Use GOV.UH lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other people using the website, its services or its infrastructure. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to accounts, records, systems or administrative functions.
Services and transactions
GOV.UH can provide access to services owned by departments, agencies and other public bodies. A service may have additional terms, eligibility rules, privacy information or legal procedures. The service owner remains responsible for the transaction and its authoritative record.
Current information
GOV.UH is the normal public source for current United Hampshire Government information. Historical material can remain available as a dated record, but a historical page, old HRC document, Discord message or Roblox role does not override current law, appointments, service records or current published guidance.
Links from GOV.UH
GOV.UH can link to Parliament, the Judiciary, Hampshire County Government, local authorities, public bodies, specialist service sites and external services. Those bodies remain responsible for their own content and procedures. A link does not transfer their authority to the United Hampshire Government.
Discord and Roblox
Discord and Roblox are operating environments. Using them, receiving a platform role or having technical access does not by itself create a constitutional office, ministerial appointment, employment relationship, membership status, court power, police power or entitlement to restricted Government information.
Children and young people
Where GOV.UH or a linked United Hampshire service is available to children or young people, the service must apply the relevant safeguarding, data-protection, online-safety, accessibility and best-interests protections. A general acceptance of these website terms does not waive those protections.
Content and intellectual property
Copyright, reuse and licensing depend on the rights that apply to the particular item. This central page does not grant a licence over material where no reuse licence has been published. Do not present a copied or altered Government item as an official current publication.
Real-world services and advice
United Hampshire public services do not replace real-world emergency, medical, mental-health, social-care, safeguarding, policing, legal or other professional services. Use the appropriate real-world service where real-world assistance, protection or professional advice is required.
Changes
GOV.UH information and these terms can be updated as services and requirements change. The current version published on GOV.UH is the version to rely on for use of the central website.
